Spectrum is contracted by the Department of Youth Services to provide staffing support at the Metro Youth Service Center in Dorchester in a variety of areas including clinical treatment, direct care, food preparation, facility maintenance, transportation, and administrative support. In addition to staffing these functions, Spectrum is responsible for on-site monitoring, staff supervision, scheduling, training and performance evaluation.
