Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is proud to announce its newly elected Board of Trustees Chairman and Vice Chairperson:

Mark P. Bilotta, Chairman 
Mr. Bilotta has more than twenty years of experience in higher education administration, including community partnership building, strategic planning, government relations, board relations and budget planning. As chief executive officer of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, Inc., Mr. Bilotta oversees an alliance of 12 local colleges that work collaboratively to further the missions of individual member institutions and advance higher education in the region. Mr. Bilotta has served on numerous boards and committees throughout the area. Presently, he is chairman of the board for the United Way of Central Massachusetts and vice chairman for the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority. Mr. Bilotta has an MBA from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross.

Verilyn (Mike) Mitchell, Vice Chairperson 
Ms. Mitchell is the vice president for real estate planning and development at the MassDevelopment Finance Agency in Devens, Mass. In this role, she is responsible for helping communities evaluate and develop real estate sites across Massachusetts by advancing smart growth economic development principles. Ms. Mitchell has a marketing and design background with 12 years of experience in real estate development.

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is proud to announce two new members to its Board of Trustees:

Cathy Chrost 
Ms. Chrost has been a realtor member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, specializing in residential re-sales in the North Central Worcester area, for the past 23 years. Licensed in Massachusetts for 26 years and in California for 10 years, she was recognized by her peers as Sales Associate of the Year for ethical and sound business practices in 2002. She has participated in endeavors for Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit housing agency providing housing for low-income families. Prior to entering real estate, she worked for General Electric for 10 years, where she volunteered on their United Way effort. She has been actively involved with other charitable agencies, most notably the Big Friend-Little Friend program, which is a mentoring program for Massachusetts youth.

David Grenier 
Mr. Grenier has been the president of Cutler Capital Management, LLC, since 2003. Located in Worcester, Mass., Cutler Capital Management is an investment advisory firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Cutler Capital manages more than $208 million, primarily for high-net-worth individuals, within individually managed portfolios and two limited partnerships, the Cutler Investment Fund (CIF) and Cutler Income and Growth Fund I (CIG). Mr. Grenier has 17 years of banking experience, including 12 years at Fleet Boston Financial, serving most recently as senior vice president of the Fleet Private Clients Group and market leader for the Worcester and Springfield region. He is a graduate of Amherst College and serves as a community member on the Investment Committee of The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts.
