Support Services

Spectrum provides staffing support for programs operated by the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, 24 hours a day, seven days per week.  Spectrum fulfills staffing requests in areas including clinical treatment, direct care, food preparation, facility maintenance, transportation and administrative support.  In addition to staffing these functions, Spectrum is responsible for on-site monitoring, staff supervision, scheduling, training and performance evaluation.
