Aug 19, 2004 — Spectrum Health Systems Wins New Arizona Contract

The Arizona Department of Corrections has selected Spectrum Health Systems through a competitive bid process to operate a 72-bed substance treatment program at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Tucson. Under the contract, Spectrum will be responsible for providing a therapeutic community treatment program for male inmates with histories of chronic substance abuse. Totaling $249,999, the twelve-month contract became effective August 5, 2004.
