Become a Peer Mentor!

Spectrum’s Peer Mentoring Program is seeking volunteers to act as supports to ex-offenders being released from prison to cities and towns in Worcester County, Massachusetts. Peer Mentors help ex-offenders access needed resources to ensure successful community reentry. Eligible ex-offenders are graduates of Spectrum’s in-prison residential substance abuse treatment program who have expressed interest in participating in the Peer Mentoring Program. Training and supervision will be provided to all peer mentors.
