Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristin Nolan to the position of Vice President of Outpatient Services.

nolan2“Throughout her near 15 years with Spectrum we’ve seen a significant increase in demand for outpatient services.  Overseeing the expansion of Spectrum’s service area and ensuring delivery of high quality outpatient treatment, with the opiate epidemic at an all-time high, Ms. Nolan’s efforts have been critical in responding to the rising demand,” said Charles Faris, President and CEO of Spectrum Health Systems, Inc.

Beginning her career with Spectrum as a substance abuse counselor in 2000, Ms. Nolan was promoted in 2005 to Program Director where she oversaw Spectrum's largest outpatient treatment center on Lincoln Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Ms. Nolan was promoted again in 2007 to Director of Outpatient Services, where she was responsible for the operations of all outpatient clinics. In that time, Ms. Nolan has overseen Spectrum's out-of-state expansion and continued outpatient growth in Massachusetts including the newly opened outpatient treatment center in Saugus.

“For almost fifteen years Spectrum has afforded me many opportunities for professional growth as the outpatient division has expanded its area of service and significantly increased the number of clients we’re able to treat,” said Ms. Nolan, “I consider myself fortunate to be a part of such a dedicated organization.”

Named one of the Worcester Business Journal's "40 under Forty" honorees in 2010, Ms. Nolan has a Master’s degree  in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College and Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Southern New Hampshire University.
