Kathleen M. (Kate) Toomey of Worcester, Massachusetts, was recently hired by Spectrum Health Systems to serve as Regional Outreach Representative.  In this newly created role, Ms. Toomey is responsible for implementing the company's marketing and business development plan.

Mrs. Toomey was previously the Vice President of Community and External Affairs for Autumn Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester. She is serving her fifth two-year term as a Worcester City Councilor and previously served three two-year terms as a member of the Worcester School Committee. Mrs. Toomey is a graduate of Regis College in Weston and earned graduate credits in Public Administration from Northeastern University.
